SSP / Sharing an Incident

Procedure

Topdesk offers users the possibility to share incident tickets with other people at UZH. You can open an existing incident in the Self Service Portal under the tile "My requests/Meine Anfragen". Within the incident, you can then link other people from UZH to this incident via the "Share/Teilen" button.

Tickets shared in this way can also be opened and edited in the SSP by all "shared" persons. Unfortunately, this is not possible for "Changes".
