SYMPA for Moderators

After logging in to SYMPA and selecting the list you moderate, you can review and approve new messages in the “Moderate” menu.

Under «Moderate» → «Applications» (Subscriptions), you will also find pending subscription requests.
These appear for lists with controlled subscriptions, provided that moderators have the appropriate permissions.

Tip: Regularly check for new messages or requests awaiting moderation.

If you prefer to moderate messages directly via email, use the moderation links included in the emails automatically sent by SYMPA. Clicking the appropriate link will take you directly to the page where you can approve or reject the message.
