Self-service portal (SSP): Create tickets and view your own requests..
Agent area: For employees with an agent role for processing tickets.

Go to the website: https://sdesk.uzh.ch
Log in with your primary UZH email address and your Active Directory password.
(Check your primary address: https://identity.uzh.ch)
When you log in for the first time, set up multi-factor authentication (MFA).
(Follow the instructions in your authenticator app.)
Each time you log in, confirm your login via MFA. If you are already logged in to your browser, this step is not necessary thanks to single sign-on (SSO).
