Log in to TOPdesk

Please always use your primary email address (Check your primary email address) and Active Directory password ( to log in to TOPdesk. For additional security, multi-factor authentication (MFA) has been activated for all users. Therefore, additional factors must be registered at the first login.

Login on the TOPdesk website


In the Self Service Portal (SSP) you can enter tickets and see the requests you have already made.
In the agent area (Bearbeiter), you can log in if you are registered as an agent and edit tickets for an area.


Login using Microsoft 2-factor authentication (2FA/MFA)

With single sign-on login and MFA, the login step described here is not necessary if you are already logged into the browser.

After entering a valid email address you will be redirected.


Here you can log in with your Active Directory password.

Afterwards, the multifactor authentication (MFA) takes place. In your authentication app, enter the number displayed on your screen. Here you can find the Instructions for setting up multifactor authentication.

and finally click on "Yes" to complete the login.
