List of Approved Applications
Overview
The following third-party applications have been reviewed by Central IT (ZI) and approved for use within Microsoft 365 UZH. The list is continuously updated.
Important Notes on Use
Please note the following when using third-party applications:

Responsibility: The responsibility for information security lies with the institutions or the individual users.

Sensitive Data: Do not use third-party applications for confidential content unless they are expressly approved for that purpose. If necessary, remove such data before use.

Access rights: Office add-ins can read and edit documents.
- Data transfer: Office add-ins may transmit content over the internet.
- Password protection: Do not use the same password for external accounts as for your UZH account.
- Support: For most third-party applications, no technical support is provided by Central IT.
