OLAT – Online Learning and Training

OLAT is the strategic learning management system at the University of Zurich. It is used by all faculties and can be used in a variety of ways to provide content, to promote learning progress with innovative online formats or to support the organization of learning processes in the best possible way. OLAT was developed at the University of Zurich and is constantly being refined.

Changes to our support and advisory services from 2025

Telephone support will be reduced starting in 2025. From the new year onward, the hotline will be available during the usual opening hours two weeks before and two weeks after the start of lectures. It will remain closed for the rest of the year.

Hotline opening hours in 2025:

  • 03.02. to 27.02.2025, Mon-Fri, 09:00-12:00 | 14:00-17:00
  • 01.09. to 25.09.2025, Mon-Fri, 09:00-12:00 | 14:00-17:00
