The software company behind Dropfiles raised the license costs by 300%. This price is not acceptable for us and because of that, we need to deactivate the service by the end of 2021.

We recommend to use  SWITCHFileSender for the exchange of larger files, up to 50 GB (Details).

If your file transfer reaches the limit in SWITCHFileSender, we can probably help. Please open a ticket at the service desk, add the size of your transfer and mention that this request should be forwarded to the "Webserver-Gruppe".
