Voice communication (telephony and mobile) at the University of Zurich is the responsibility of Central IT. The UZH telephone network is available to all employees and guests of UZH for business use. The service covers all aspects of voice communication (mobile, voicemail, electronic telephone book).
Spin-off companies, student organizations, and cooperation partners can also use the service (excl. NatelGo Mobile), subject to the agreed conditions.
In the institutes and specialist departments, the telecom delegates are the contact persons for the end users. They act as the interface to the Telephony division. A new application as well as a configuration change can be initiated, just like a change in the telephone directory, via the delegate responsible for your organizational unit.
