Telephony at the University of Zurich
Central IT is responsible for fixed network and mobile communications at the University of Zurich. The UZH telephone network is available to all employees for business use.
The following services are included:
Telecom Delegates in the institutes and administration
The Telecom Delegates are your point of contact in institutes and departments. They act as the interface to the Central IT Telephony team.
Tasks of the Telecom Delegates:
Processing new requests for telephony services
Making configuration changes
Maintaining entries in TAS for the electronic telephone directories
