Queries and Forwarding in the NatelGo Network

This function is not supported by all mobiles. Especially newer smartphones such as iPhone or Android phones do not provide this function or are practically impossible to use.

CMN subscribers can also forward calls. The called CMN subscriber B can forward the caller A to a third port C and leave the connection himself.

Functionality: There are basically two variants available. Forwarding can be carried out via a key command or, in the case of mobile phones equipped for this purpose, with the corresponding menu option.

Note: Some mobile phones may not be able to use call forwarding, although the call waiting / hold function is supported. This can be checked by following the instructions under Keypad Commands. If item 3 ("Number 4" + "Send") cannot be executed, calls cannot be forwarded with this mobile phone.

Functionality via key commands:

CMN subscriber B receives a call, which he forwards to subscriber C.

  1. Press the "Send"(1) key: B puts the call on hold
  2. Phone number + "Send" : B dials the number to subscriber C to whom he wants to transfer the call
  3.  "digit" 4 + "send" : caller A and called party C are connected by CMN subscriber B

(1) The key on your mobile phone used to establish a connection. (depending on the type of mobile phone, different identification, e.g. "Send", "OK" "green handset symbol", "YES" "Menu toggle" "Hold")
