Programming call forwarding

Redirection target on the desk telephone set

* The call forwarding from the desk phone to the mobile device must be programmed with the NatelGo number 7xxxxx (xxxxx= own internal phone number) as destination. Example: 742345

This is the only way you can benefit from the reduced rates:

  • Redirection from a fixed-line telephone to a UZH NatelGo: free of charge

Redirection destinations on the mobile device

By default, call forwarding is set to the Combox
* Destinations for call forwarding must be entered in international format.
Example : Forwarding to +41 44 234 24 56

Using the University of Zurich's NatelGo mobile abroad

You can also use the mobile as usual when abroad, the only restriction being that you can use it in the same way:

  • Internal 5 digit numbers cannot be dialled, the complete number +41 44 64 xxxxx must be dialled.

Fees:

For calls abroad (outgoing and incoming) the standard roaming tariffs published by Swisscom Mobile apply according to provider, see
Communicate internationally

Swisscom Mobile does not grant any discount for connections abroad!

If a NatelGo Mobile is called abroad, the caller pays the normal tariff to Switzerland. The roaming charges to abroad are charged to the called mobile subscriber.

For listening to the COMBOX® abroad the roaming tariff from the caller's location to Switzerland is charged. Abroad you also pay roaming tariffs if someone leaves you a message on your COMBOX®, even if the mobile phone is switched off.

This way you avoid unnecessary roaming costs:

Divert all calls directly to the COMBOX® - this way, calls within Switzerland remain within Switzerland:
