Telephony and Mobile – Contacts and Responsibilities

Your primary contact for all matters related to telephony and mobile services is your Telecom Delegate.

Orders and changes in this area can only be initiated through the Telecom Delegate. This applies in particular to:

  • Orders for telephony or mobile connections

  • Changes (e.g. name changes, adjustments, etc.)

  • Cancellations of telephone or mobile subscriptions
