Systems for Hybrid Meetings

Depending on the desired implementation, we recommend different solutions for hybrid meetings. Room size and number of participants are key factors for choosing a system and to determine the costs. We recommend either Zoom or Microsoft Teams as the meeting software.

• Small sized meeting room: up to approx. 15m² (2 - 4 ppl.)

• Medium sized meeting room: up to approx. 25m² (5 - 10 pers.)

• Larger sized meeting room: up to approx. 40m² (10 - 20 pers.)

• Screen: 37-50 Zoll, mounted on the wall.
• Camera/Audio: 
  1. Mobile desktop device (e.g.OWL Pro) - can be used flexibly
  2. A fixed device, mounted below or above the monitor: (e.g. Poly Studio orLogitech Meetup)
• Connect: Notebook via HDMI (monitor) and USB (camera)
• Costs: approx. CHF 1500.- (without monitor) to CHF 5000.- (with monitor)

• Screen: 55-75 Zoll, mounted on the wall.
• Camera/Audio: 
  1. Mobile desktop device (e.g.OWL Pro) - can be used flexibly
  2. A fixed device, mounted below or above the monitor: (e.g. Poly Studio orLogitech Meetup)
• Connect: Notebook via HDMI (monitor) and USB (camera)
• Costs: approx. CHF 1500.- (without monitor) to CHF 10'000.- (with monitor)

• Screen: 75-86 Zoll, mounted on the wall.
• Camera/Audio: 
  1. A fixed camera, permanently installed next to the monitor: e.g. Logitech Rally
  2. A soundbar with integrated microphones and speakers, mounted above the monitor: e.g. Nureva HDL300
• Connect: Notebook via HDMI (monitor) and USB (camera/soundbar)
• Installation: Recommended by AV integrator.
• Costs: approx. CHF 8000.- (without monitor) to CHF 15'000.- (with monitor)
