The contractual partner for all subscriptions is always the University of Zurich Central Information Technology/Telephone

The cost unit is always the institution of the UZH which uses the mobile phone. Invoices for mobile devices, SIM card and recurring subscription and call charges are sent directly to the respective UZH institution.
