Look up IT Coordinator

The IT and Network Coordinators are responsible for each individual institute's IT infrastructure and serve as a contact point to Central IT.

The tasks are based on the university’s computer science strategy. This includes the services offered by Central IT:

•     Administration of users' institute accounts
•     Compliance with security guidelines
•     Purchase of software
•     Hardware support with repairs, disposal and server hosting
•     Setup of a MySQL database
•     Request for a Global Backup
•     Management of IP numbers and DNS names
