Systems for Hybrid Meetings

Depending on the desired implementation, we recommend different solutions for hybrid meetings. Room size and number of participants are key factors for choosing a system and to determine the costs. We recommend either Zoom or Microsoft Teams as the meeting software.

Small sized meeting room up to approx. 15m² (2 - 4 ppl.)

Use a screen with a size of 37 - 50 inches, mounted on the wall.
For a camera with integrated microphone and speaker we recommend either:

  1. A mobile desktop device that may be used in different rooms:
    e.g. OWL Pro
    or
  2. A fixed device, mounted below or above the monitor:
    e.g. Poly Studio  Logitech Meetup

Connect your notebook to the monitor via HDMI and to the camera via USB.

Costs range from approx. CHF 1500.- (without monitor) to CHF 5000.- (with monitor)

Medium sized meeting room up to approx. 25m² (5 - 10 pers.)

Use a screen with a size of 55 - 75 inches , mounted on the wall.
For a camera with integrated microphone and speaker we recommend either:

  1. A mobile desktop device that may be used in different rooms:
    e.g. OWL Pro
    or
  2. A fixed device, mounted below or above the monitor.
    e.g. Poly Studio  Logitech Meetup

Make sure to extend the range of the microphone with an external auxiliary microphone.

Connect your notebook to the monitor via HDMI and to the camera via USB.

Costs range from approx. CHF 1500.- (without monitor) to CHF 10'000.- (with monitor)

Larger sized meeting room up to approx. 40m² (10 - 20 pers.)

Use a screen with a size of 75 - 86 inches, mounted on the wall.
For a camera with integrated microphone and separate soundbar (microphone/speaker) we recommend:

  1. A fixed camera, permanently installed next to the monitor: e.g. Logitech Rally
    and
  2. A soundbar with integrated microphones and speakers, mounted above the monitor: e.g. Nureva HDL300

Connect your notebook to the monitor via HDMI and to the camera/soundbar via USB.

This system requires major installation work to be carried out by an AV integrator.

Costs range from approx. CHF 8000.- (without monitor) to CHF 15'000.- (with monitor)

Consulting and procurement

We are happy to offer consultation for all solutions outlined above and will also arrange for an AV integrator to provide an offer, deliver the equipment and install it.
