Access Control for Lectures

With the Access Control course module, OLAT course owners can link on-site attendance checks with access to digital learning content. This ensures that you always have an overview of who is authorised and who is absent.

Make sure that:

• only authorised participants can attend an on-site event, and/or
• only participants who are present can access the content of an OLAT course.

• Events: Supports contact tracing and access control.
• Examinations: Ensures that only present and authorised students can access course content.

• Access to OLAT (https://lms.uzh.ch/dmz/)
• OLAT accounts for all participants – even if they don’t need to log in for access control. Only scanning staff and main supervisors must actively log in.
