If you have used Microsoft 365 within another organization and want to switch to Microsoft 365 UZH or if you are leaving the UZH and therefore lose eligibility to use UZH licenses, a reevaluation of your account and computer settings is in order.
When your Microsoft 365 account is disabled, you lose access to your Microsoft 365 data and licenses. At the same time you will experience errors on your devices and in your applications due to cached and now defunct credentials.
